Natural way to heal cracked heels

The Cause.

Everyone wants to have beautiful, un-cracked feet,but only some people have them. There are many creams available in the market that promise to make the legs look beautiful. But is there a way which can naturally heal the cracked legs? Let's find out.

Before looking for the solution, first let us find out the root cause of cracking of heals. Since the feet are at the end of the body, the circulation of the foot is less and the skin of the feet is becomes tight.

This problem is more frequent in the winter, for those who have low blood circulation. Cracks come in mainly because the feet are not properly washed or kept clean. Dirt accumulates between the cracks and a new skin is not formed in the area, and the existing skin becomes stiff and it gives cracks.

This problem can be solved very easily with the things available at home. Feet can be made very beautiful in just 10 and 15 days.


Solution.


Put some coconut oil or castor oil on the feet. Then put the legs in warm/hot water for 20 to 25 minutes. The mud and soil in the cracks come out due to this and affected skin becomes soft. At this moment take off the feet and use a laundry brush/foot scrubber/foot washing stone (check price) and rub over the cracks. This helps in removal of dead skin. Feet will be free of dirt and dead skin. 

Because we are removing the dead skin, new skin will be created. After taking out feet out of the water and rubbing with the scrubber, wipe the feet clean. Again apply some coconut oil to the feet. This helps to keep the skin soft and moisturized throughout the day. In just a few days new skin will be formed and the cracks will heal.  

Try to use the shoes on a regular basis. This will help to keep the feet soft and not cracked.

It is better to not to depend on chemicals for everything. Nature has a solution for most of the human problems. 

And for those who don't already have cracked feet, to avoid cracking of feet in future, apply coconut oil to the feet before taking a bath and keep them in warm water for 15-20 minutes and then take a bath. Use feet scrubber to clean the feet during the bath. Apply some coconut oil to the feet after the bath. Do this atleast twice in a week. This will ensure that your feet are not cracked in the future.
